Thank you for choosing Igotextensions.com. We are committed to offering the best in hair extensions. However, due to the nature of our product and to maintain the highest standards of hygiene and customer safety, we have established the following refund policy.
1. No Returns Due to Hygiene Reasons: Given the personal nature of hair extensions, for the protection of all our customers, we do not accept returns. This is to ensure that all our hair extensions remain sterile and untouched when they get to you.
2. Refunds for Defective or Damaged Products: While we do not accept returns, if your product arrives defective or damaged, we are more than happy to offer a refund or an exchange. Please ensure that you inspect your product upon arrival and notify us immediately if there are any issues.
3. How to Report a Damaged or Defective Product: To report a damaged or defective product, please send an email to hello@igotextensions.com with the following:
- Order Number.
- A brief description of the issue.
- Photographic evidence of the defect or damage.
Upon receipt of your email, our team will evaluate the claim and get back to you within 48 hours with the next steps.
4. Refund Process: Once your claim is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 10-14 business days.
5. Exchanges: In the event you wish to exchange a defective or damaged product, we will prioritize sending you a replacement as soon as the claim is approved. Please note that the replacement will be the same product you originally ordered.
6. Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at hello@igotextensions.com. If your order has not been shipped, we will process the cancellation and refund your purchase. However, if the order has already been shipped, we cannot cancel the order or provide a refund.
